Welcome to dirghasutramby VIBHA KUMARI (“dirghasutram”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our e-commerce and delivery services, including product purchases, sales, listings, and driver-based deliveries.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About dirghasutram

dirghasutramis an e-commerce platform that offers three primary services:

1. Platform-owned product sales – dirghasutramsells and dispatches certain products directly.
2. Third-party marketplace – sellers list and sell their own products.
3. Driver delivery service – registered drivers pick up and deliver products to customers.

All users (buyers, sellers, and drivers) must follow these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use dirghasutram:

1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. You must provide accurate registration information.
3. Businesses must provide valid licenses, GST or tax documentation (where applicable).

We may refuse or suspend service if eligibility rules are not met.

3. User Account Registration

Users must create an account to buy, sell, or deliver products.

You agree to:

3. Be responsible for all account activity.

We may suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

4. Product Categories

Products may be sold in two ways:

A. dirghasutram-owned products

Items sold directly by the platform. These will be clearly labeled as “Sold by dirghasutram”.

B. Third-party seller products

Listed and operated by independent sellers. dirghasutramacts as a marketplace and delivery coordinator.

Both types of products may be delivered by dirghasutramdrivers.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Third-party sellers must:

1. Ensure products are genuine, legal, and safe.
2. Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
3. Maintain stock availability.
4. Prepare products for pickup by drivers on time.
5. Comply with packaging and labeling standards.
6. Follow applicable tax and business regulations.

Sellers are responsible for product warranty, defects, and returns (unless handled by dirghasutramlogistics).

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

1. Provide accurate delivery details.
2. Be available to receive deliveries.
3. Inspect products upon delivery.
4. Report issues within the allowed return/refund timeframe.

7. Prohibited Products

Users may NOT list or sell:

1. Illegal drugs/substances
2. Weapons/explosives
3. Fake/counterfeit goods
4. Stolen items
5. Adult content
6. Hazardous chemicals
7. Perishable food without supporting licenses
8. Any products restricted by law

dirghasutrammay remove any restricted listings without notice.

8. Order Processing and Payment

When a buyer places an order:

1. Payment is collected through approved payment partners.
2. dirghasutram may hold funds until delivery is confirmed.
3. Sellers are notified to prepare the item for pickup.

For platform-owned products, dirghasutram handles fulfillment directly.

9. Delivery by Drivers

dirghasutram uses registered drivers to deliver purchased items.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

1. Pick up items promptly from sellers/platform warehouses.
2. Deliver to customers safely and on time.
3. Handle packages carefully.
4. Follow road safety laws.
5. Not open, tamper with, or misuse products.

Drivers are independent contractors unless explicitly hired full-time by the platform.

Delivery Conditions

1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
2. Customers must be available at the delivery location.
3. If the delivery fails (no response, wrong address, etc.), re-delivery fees may apply.

dirghasutram is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or driver availability.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Depending on the product and seller:

1. Platform-owned products follow dirghasutram return policy.
2. Third-party sellers must provide clear return/refund policies.
3. Some items may be non-refundable (e.g., opened electronics, personal care items).

Refunds are processed only after the product is inspected and approved.

11. Ratings and Reviews

Users may review:

2. Sellers
3. Drivers

You agree not to post:

1. False or harmful reviews
2. Defamatory statements
3. Fake ratings or manipulation

dirghasutram may remove inappropriate reviews.

12. Fees and Charges

Fees may apply, including:

1. Transaction fees
2. Delivery fees
3. Service charges
4. Seller commissions
5. Driver payouts and incentives

Fee structure may change with notice.

13. Platform Rights

1. Modify or discontinue services
2. Remove any listing that violates policies
3. Suspend or terminate accounts
4. Block buyers, sellers, or drivers engaging in fraud or misuse

We reserve full rights to protect platform safety.

14. Intellectual Property

The dirghasutram brand, logos, website design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy or reproduce platform materials without permission.

15. Liability Disclaimer

dirghasutram is not liable for:

1. Seller fraud or misrepresentation
2. Product defects from third-party sellers
3. Delivery delays outside our control
4. Loss or damage during shipment (unless insured)
5. Errors in listings by sellers
6. Misuse of products by buyers

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

16. Driver Liability

Drivers are responsible for:

2. Following laws during transport
3. Maintaining vehicle compliance

1. Personal accidents or injuries to drivers
2. Fines or legal violations by drivers

We may suspend or terminate any account (buyer, seller, or driver) for:
